Our goal is to provide a nice place for families and friends to stay on their vacation in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. We have a management team that is available to take care of any problems you might run into regarding your rental. That being said, this is not a party rental. Partying, loud noises, smoking and other such activities could violate your rental contract. Any violation in your rental contract could result in lost deposits and you being asked to leave without notice.

Rooms
Beautifully renovated 2br+den/3ba Condo has a King size bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the guest room and a sleeper in the den that is perfect for a third sleeping area! This condo Sleeps 6 people. All new mattresses, bedding and furniture making this the perfect rental for your vacation!
Bathrooms
This condo has a total of 3 bathrooms. Let's start with the en suite master bathroom. It includes a large counter and double sink vanity. There is also a spacious shower. The guest suite also has an en suite bathroom with shower. The third bathroom is a common bathroom that also has a shower and laundry in it. The laundry is a stack-able washer and dryer.
Balconies
The condo has two spectacular balconies offering both parts of what make Puerto Vallarta such an excellent destination. The front balcony off the main living area goes from one side of the condo to the other and delivers sensational views of the Bay of Banderas. The balcony off of the bedrooms also extends from one side of the condo to the other, but offers views of marina and the beautiful Sierra Madres mountain range.
Living Room/Kitchen/Dining
This open concept living/dining/kitchen area offers all the amenities you would expect. The kitchen is complete, including a dishwasher! The dining area has room for six, and if you need more, just slide open the glass door and use the balcony table for another six seats. The living area has a large, comfortable sectional couch with cable TV. The best part is the wall-to-wall glass doors which provide gorgeous views of the ocean when they are open or closed. Did I mention wi-fi? It is included.
Elevator
Like a penthouse suite, this condo has a private, security encrypted elevator that opens directly into your condo. Step off end enjoy stunning wall-to-wall ocean views from the 10th floor!
